• Minimum of three (3) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language or Customer service-related HEART Level-II Certificate
• City and Guilds Mathematics and English accepted
• Minimum 6 month 1-year experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Great problem-solving skills
• Great listening and conversational skills
• Detail Orientated
• MUST have 100% schedule flexibility, 24/7 shift flexibility including Weekends & Public Holidays
• Valid Government ID, NIS, T.R.N
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm with 90% accuracy
