Connoisseur Improvement Services Inc. (or CIS)
The construction/contractor arm within our Group is called Connoisseur Improvement Services Inc. (or CIS). First incorporated in Barbados in 2010 to address the void which was created due to a lack of client oriented construction companies, now seven years later, the company and scale of operation has grown to expand into St. Vincent and St. Lucia; also undertaking many projects across the Caribbean.
As a brand CIS prides itself on developing quality Caribbean infrastructure and buildings. Our past and ongoing projects include residential villas, condos, townhouses and apartments, offices, hotels, infrastructure - utilities and roads, industrial and commercial building within Barbados, Jamaica, St. Vincent and the Bahamas, to name a few.
Offering services in Building Construction, Renovations, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architect/Design Services, Property Maintenance, Project Management and Consultancy, the company is an efficient operation drawing on the experience and expertise of its personnel to provide a high quality service and product for all projects it undertakes.
