High-volume Voice Agents
Influx is hiring experienced High-volume Voice Support Agents with excellent communication skills and a strong background in handling a high volume of customer calls, approximately 80 calls per day.
Job Description
Answer customer questions and resolve issues efficiently via phone, chat, and email.
Think quickly on your feet, communicate with clarity, and show empathy to customers facing challenges.
Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
At least 6 - 12 months of experience in a high-volume BPO/call center environment.
Capable of manage at least 120 calls per day
Excellent communication skills across phone and written interactions.
Strong commitment to long-term support of the account.
Task- and results-oriented, with the ability to work toward strategic goals.
Proficiency with G-Suite (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, etc.).
Own a laptop with at least 8GB RAM and Intel Core i5 (or equivalent).
Quiet workspace with a noise-canceling headset.
