📞 What You’ll Do

• Manage Inbound Leads: Handle 20–40 warm leads per day—customers who are ready to buy.

• Master the Sale: Sell, upsell, and cross-sell top-tier TV, Internet, and Phone services.

• The "One-Call" Close: Use our dynamic scripts and coaching to provide a seamless customer experience and hit your goals.

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Minimum of three CSEC subjects (including English).

• Experience: 1+ year in Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center operations (Preferred).

• Drive: A competitive spirit and a "can-do" attitude.

• Integrity: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
