Job Description:
The role of a remote executive assistant is pivotal in streamlining the administrative functions for top-level executives, such as CEOs, Presidents, and Directors. This position entails a comprehensive range of responsibilities designed to optimize the executives' time, allowing them to concentrate on strategic initiatives. Key duties cover calendar management, arranging meetings, travel coordination, overseeing correspondence, and the creation of documents and presentations. Additionally, the assistant conducts research and event planning, acting as a connection for both internal and external parties, filtering communications, and aligning tasks with the executives' priorities and schedules. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include but not be limited to:
  • Provide direct support to the CEO, Presidents, or Directors, aiding in their day-to-day tasks and strategic plans.
  • Oversee the scheduling of executives' meetings, appointments, and travel, ensuring optimal organization of their calendars.
  • Filter and rank incoming communications such as emails, calls, and letters, and respond on behalf of the executives when necessary.
  • Draft and refine various documents, including correspondence and presentations, upon request.
  • Execute research and compile data for a range of projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate and support the organization of special events, conferences, and other professional gatherings.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, handling it with utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operational flow.
  • Undertake additional administrative responsibilities and tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in an executive support capacity or related position.
  • Exceptional skills in both oral and written communication.
  • Strong proficiency in organizing and managing time efficiently.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Competent in autonomous work and effective task prioritization.
  • Maintain utmost professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive data.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience when required by the client.
  • Must have a dependable internet service and a remote-friendly home office environment.
Technical Requirements
  • Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs
  • RAM: 16 GB minimum
  • 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min)
  • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)

  • After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
  • After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
  • After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
  • After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month

TwoAnnual Adjustments:Every year, youbenefitfrom two salary increases: one on your work anniversary, recognizing your continued tenure withWorkBetterNow, and one at the start of each calendar year, when all salary ranges are updatedcompany-wide.
