Vessel Operations Liaison

The role supervises the contractor's vessel to provide assurance and oversight of operations on their behalf.

Salary - USD 900- USD 1200. 

Level of experience - Graduate to Experience Professionals

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications :

Technical Certifications

• HSE / Safety Certifications:
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent
• IOSH Managing Safely
• OPITO-approved courses (e.g., Offshore Survival – BOSIET, HUET with CA-EBS)
• Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis certification
• Industry-Specific Certifications:
• ISSOW (Integrated Safe System of Work) training
• Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Control of Work training
• Process Safety Management or Barrier Management training
• Marine / Vessel-Specific (depending on project):
• STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) modules
• Dynamic Positioning (DP awareness, if required)

Professional Experience

• 0-5+ years in oil & gas, offshore construction, drilling, or marine operations with direct safety oversight responsibilities.
• Prior experience as:
• Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
• Offshore HSE Advisor / Supervisor
• Marine / Vessel Superintendent
• Client Rep / Company Site Rep (CS
