Qualifications -

High Scholl Diploma or Equivalent 

Proven experiemce in customer service vacation sales, travel industry prefered.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and mulittasking abilities

Proficiency in using computer systems, booking software and CRM tools

Knowledge of Domestic and International travel

Ability towork flexible hours, including evenings, weekdays and holidays
