Vacancies- Leading Provider of ICT Infrastructure and Smart Devices

1) Radio Frequency Engineer

Responsibilities 

1. Improve and optimize network experience, including OSS and drive test KPI.

2. Responsible for wireless network optimization project delivery, rollout site verification, and output report:

  • GSM, UMTS, LTE Radio Network planning (site design, audit, simulation, link budget, cell planning, parameter design, site survey, model tuning, etc.)
  • GSM, UMTS, LTE Radio Network optimization (drive test, site RF tuning, performance & parameter optimization, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Optimize new and existing network elements, link budget analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity.
  • Customer technical communication, project management, and handling network performance improvement inquiries.

Capability / Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE radio network knowledge.

• English as working language.

• Willingness for overtime and cross-country travel.

• At least 3 years of project delivery experience in mobile network domain.

 

 

2) Core Network Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Act as Core Network Delivery Technical Engineer (TE), Team Lead (TL), or Technical Director (TD).

2. Network design, installation, deployment, commissioning, upgrades, and expansions.

3. Customer communication throughout project lifecycle.

4. Business travel across Central America and the Caribbean.

Professional Knowledge Requirements

• Understanding of CS, IMS, NGN, HSS, PCRF, PS, NFV, IT-related products.

• Familiar with signaling protocols and datacom network design.

• Knowledge of IT system architecture and cloud environments.

Service Skills Requirements

• Communicate technical solutions and project updates.

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks.

• Minimum 2 years’ telecom or IT experience.

 

 

3) Microwave Engineer

Responsibilities 

1. System design for microwave communication systems.

2. Network planning (link budget, path analysis, frequency planning).

3. Installation and commissioning of microwave equipment.

4. Troubleshooting and performance optimization.

5. Documentation and reporting.

Knowledge and Skillset Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering field.

• Technical knowledge in microwave theory and equipment.

• IP knowledge and project management understanding.

• Good English communication skills.

 

 

4)Project Manager (Telecom Delivery)

Responsibilities 

1. Manage end-to-end telecom delivery projects.

2. Act as main point of contact for customers.

3. Lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

4. Resource and budget management.

5. Technical oversight and troubleshooting.

6. Risk management and reporting.

7. Subcontractor management and project handover.

Knowledge and Skillset Requirements

• Strong telecom technology knowledge.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 

5) Digital Power Product & Partner Operation Sales Manager 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop business and build relationships with junior- and medium-level customers, understand and match customer requirements,

2. Developing viable and economically sustainable new and existing PV projects. 

3. Act as the project solution core members of the organization or the overall technical lead of the local office design team

4. Conducting site feasibility studies if necessary, analyzing data from customers to determine potential solar savings as necessary.

5. Completion of PV product solution design, bidding and quotation, tracking leads and opportunity, participate in Project strategy development, achieve project success

6. Participate in partner development, and have a basic understanding of market insights and contract transaction clauses.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics or Solar/Renewable Energy related professional background

2. More than 3 years of experience in electric power or solar PV industry, Familiar with the development and construction processes of PV or ESS power plants is preferred. Working experience in at least one of the following:
- the PV inverter or BESS manufacturer,
- solar/ inverter/ BESS/ power electronics test lab,
- standard development or certification organization,
- renewable energy engineering consultancy firm,
- utility solar PV power plant EPC/developer company,
- Grid operator, with strong connection to Transmission System Operators (TSO), Grid System Operator (GSO)
- policy making entity/ regulator/ authority related to solar energy.

3. Outgoing character, good at social networking, excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.

4. With knowledge of the PV industry in solution, test, pre-sales, and post-sales. Experience in new energy development or power plant design is preferred.

5. Proficient in Microsoft office software such as PPT and Word documents.

6. With lab test experience or field test experience is preferred
