Vice President - Dynamic Response Team

Job Summary
The Vice President, Dynamic Response is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the alarm response operations,
ensuring timely and effective responses to alarms, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing the use of
NowForce/SmartTask technology for efficient responder deployment. This role includes the leadership,
development, and performance management of the alarm responders, ensuring operational excellence and
adherence to company policies and procedures.

What You'll Be Doing
Leadership and Oversight: Directly manage and mentor alarm responders to ensure high performance
and compliance with response protocols. Oversee safe, prompt, and thorough alarm responses while
managing training programs, including NowForce/SmartTask platform use and situational handling.

Operational Management: Monitor alarm response metrics and optimize deployment strategies using
NowForce/SmartTask technology, while developing and enforcing SOPs for alarm responses, incident
reporting, and site familiarization, and conducting regular audits to evaluate operational effectiveness.

Technology Integration: Ensure effective utilization of NowForce/SmartTask by analyzing response data
to identify trends, gaps, and coverage or response-time improvements, requiring responders to upload
photo and/or video evidence for every dispatch, and standardizing the capture of key site visuals for
transparency.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to alarm response incidents,
providing detailed reports to clients on incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures.

Emergency Management: Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and internal teams
during complex or high-risk incidents, and develop emergency action plans while conducting drills with
alarm responders to ensure preparedness.

Resource Allocation and Planning: Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for alarm responses.
Oversee responder readiness, including equipment, certifications, and adherence to safety standards.

• A detail-oriented and dependable professional with strong productivity, time-management, and problem-solving
skills.
• Experienced in coordinating teams and operations to ensure efficient, safe, and timely responses in dynamic
environments.
• Skilled in analyzing operational data to identify trends, improve performance, and support informed decisionmaking.
• Proactive in developing and enforcing procedures that promote consistency, accountability, and operational
excellence.
• A clear and professional communicator who works effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients,
particularly during high-pressure situations.
Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s Degree preferred, or First Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or related
discipline.
• Certification in Security or Physical Security Management is an asset.
• Certification in firearms, defensive tactics, first aid, and radio procedures.
• Preferred experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
• Training in risk assessment and de-escalation techniques before force is used.
