PURPOSE | To ensure that approved units remain fit for purpose to deliver on the company's strategic objectives. | ||
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
| ● To assist in the development of a comprehensive suite of predictive and preventative schedules associated with approved units. ● To be responsible for the efficient, timely, and effective execution of approved tasks associated with the suite of predictive and preventative schedules. ● To provide mentoring and coaching of lower tiered staff along the lines of knowledge transfer in approved best practices. ● To remain up to date with relevant developments around the approved units functionality (which includes but not limited to changes in operating and service manuals, procedures, and guidelines). ● To be responsible for the timely and effective development, processing, and execution of workflows which includes but not limited to documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) implementations associated with approved units. ● To be responsible for the timely execution (whether planned or otherwise regardless of location) of service and maintenance jobs without supervision, on approved units. ● To facilitate as needed with the onboarding of new staff. ● To facilitate the implementation of training initiatives among staff as per the instructions or directives of management. ● To operate efficiently and effectively on demand all equipment identified within the service and maintenance schedules including but not limited to testing for functionality and placement into and out of service. ● To prepare and maintain comprehensive databases on approved units with regards to but not limited to aspects of: performance, duty cycles, parts consumption, related schedules, and lessons learned. ● To generate reports on demand for timely submissions to management. ● To be responsible for the effective and appropriate use, upkeep and storage of all tools and equipment assigned for the execution of approved tasks. ● To adhere to all policies and management system (MS) guidelines. ● To document and communicate threats (perceived/otherwise) or process variances to supervisor/manager. ● To perform tasks related to general housekeeping of assigned work areas. ● To execute all and any additional duties assigned by the supervisor/manager that will facilitate the furtherance of this job description. ● To assist, as needed, in the development of all Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality (HSEQ), and Operational Management Systems (MS’s). | ||

QUALIFICATIONS | ● Must have a legitimate unit operators license (drivers permit) under the approved jurisdiction that aligns with the expectations of this job description. ● Must have an electrical certificate or diploma in a related field from a credible institution. ● Must be able to read and interpret schematics related to work flows. ● Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related discipline. ● Any relevant combination of service, skills, and qualifications that will fulfill this job description, subject to management’s discretion. |
