Unicomer Group is seeking Call Centre Agents to join our team for the 2025 Peak Season (September to December 2025)

This persoin will Receives and responds to telephone calls or online requests for information or assistance to the company’s products and services to provide customer service above expectations

Duties and Responsibilties.

  • Responds to queries received, via telephone or email from branches and other departments for efficient customer service.
  • Routes calls  to appropriate departments/personnel that can provide the required assistance needed.
  • Logs call information in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Track and records the status of customers’ repair jobs by calling technicians to obtain information and to remind them of customer appointments.
  • Contacts customers to schedule delivery of their purchases by organizing the actual delivery and updates the relevant software accordingly.
  • Places follow-up calls to customers to ensure their receipt of and level of satisfaction with goods purchased.
  • Processes overseas and local credit card transactions for branches by liaising with the relevant credit card processing centre as necessary.
  • Compiles ready finance online applications for dispatch to the Finance Department and updates the relevant spreadsheets.
  • Refers Difficult customer issues/customers to management for a resolution.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Education and Experience 

  • Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects including English Language
  • Experience within a customer service/Call Centre environment and/or a highly customer orientated position.
  • 0 - 1 Years’ experience in a similar position
  • Ability to manage a demanding work load
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive ethical values
  • Results oriented and highly service driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
