The incumbent will be expected to execute the business development strategy for your assigned Broker Partners while offering service of exceptional quality to enhance the company’s image with a prudent risk management approach that utilizes our disciplined underwriting methods.

Our ideal candidate is a dedicated, detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication, decision making and analytical skills.

At minimum, applicants should possess the following:

• First Degree in Business Management or related field or pursuing professional Insurance Certification
• Three (3) years’ experience in a general insurance environment
• Licensed with the Financial Services Commission for at least two salesman certifications (Motor & Property)
• Proficient in underwriting principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and techniques.
• Strong customer relations and relationship building skills, poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Strong Business Acumen and skills in Sales Effectiveness, Sales Concepts, Negotiation Tools and or Techniques
• Excellent time management and the ability to plan, prioritize, negotiate and meet deadlines
