The Transformation Specialist supports the successful delivery of strategic initiatives by combining project coordination, analytical insight and change enablement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform successfully in the role, the incumbent must demonstrate strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage complex initiatives from planning through adoption. The position requires fluency in delivery frameworks, change management and technical coordination, along with a clear and organized approach to working with teams, meeting compliance needs, and maintaining accurate records.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop initiative charters, workplans, OKRs/KPIs, and benefit cases aligned with strategic goals.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess current vs. future states, map processes, and define success criteria.

Delivery Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) logs, decision records, and integrated timelines.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to support decision-making and escalation.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and align delivery capacity with internal teams.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support stakeholder analysis, communications planning, training logistics and readiness tracking.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, cutover activities and post launch stabilization.
  • Document lessons learned and contribution to continuous improvement.

Technical & Product Coordination

  • Collaborate with Product Manager and Engineering teams to align backlog priorities and release schedules.
  • Support AI and automation pilots and help scale validated use cases.
  • Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met across delivery.

Compliance & Data Governance

  • Embed privacy, regulatory and security controls into project documentation and rollout plans.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and support data governance practices.

Financial & Benefits Tracking

  • Monitor budgets, invoices and forecasts.
  • Track and report on financial and operational benefits against business cases.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate briefings, take minutes and track actions for executive and department initiatives.
  • Maintain official records and support executive administration and communications.
  • Assist with logistics for workshops, company events and vendor engagements.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.

 

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
  • Certifications in project and agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) would be an asset.

 

EXPERIENCE 

  • 3–5 years supporting or managing cross-functional projects or programs.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, internal systems, data/AI initiatives, and regulated environments.
  • Experience with UAT execution, post-launch adoption, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in project/change tools (e.g., Jira, M365, Gantt, RACI, RAID.)
  • Strong writing and presentation skills for executive audiences.

  • Compliance-aware and detail-driven, with strong documentation discipline.
  • Familiar with agile delivery cycles, QA processes and DevOps rhythms.
  • Prioritizes user readiness and post-launch support to ensure successful adoption.
