The ideal incumbent will play a critical role in strengthening LIG’s transformation and performance ecosystem by executing the documentation, analytical, and governance activities required to support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Job Purpose:

The Transformation & Performance Officer is responsible for executing the operational, analytical, and documentation requirements that support enterprise transformation and performance governance. The role independently leads process mapping, KPI data operations, UAT coordination, transformation tracking, and business intelligence preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process discovery sessions across departments and document process flows using BPMN standards.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process diagrams, and governance documentation.
  • Manage version control and ensure accuracy within the enterprise process repository. 
  • Collect, clean, validate, and prepare business KPI data for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
  • Develop first-pass dashboards, data visualizations, and performance reports.

  • Identify anomalies or early warning indicators and escalate them appropriately.
  • Maintain KPI logs, baselines, and metric dictionaries.
  • Maintain transformation portfolio trackers, RAID logs, cadence calendars, and benefits tracking documents.
  • Prepare supporting materials for governance meetings, including summaries, dashboards, and action registers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Lead UAT execution cycles, including test case preparation, defect logging, retesting, and validation.
  • Compile readiness assessments, user feedback reports, and adoption indicators.
  • Support creation of training materials, quick reference guides, and SOP updates for digital solutions.
  • Extract, clean, and structure data for BI dashboards and enterprise reports.
  • Build first-pass dashboards and analytics packages for review by the STBI Manager.
  • Conduct initial root-cause and trend analyses to support performance discussions.
  • Record meeting minutes, decision logs, and action follow-ups for transformation and performance governance meetings.
  • Maintain departmental templates, controlled documents, and governance structures.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an asset.
  • Additional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, BPM, or Data Analytics are an advantage.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in process improvement, analytics, PMO, or a transformation/operational support environment, with demonstrated ability to manage structured workstreams.
  • Strong proficiency in documentation, KPI data preparation, and structured analytical techniques that support performance reporting and process clarity.
  • Experience with BPMN, dashboard development support, or UAT execution as part of digital transformation or system implementation initiatives is an asset.
