The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to take on new challenges. They will ideally have experience across transactions-related activities, including mergers and acquisitions, deal support, business planning and financial analysis, buy-side and sell-side advisory, due diligence, and valuations. Exposure to capital raising or financing processes will also be viewed favourably.
Candidates with relevant and transferable experience – including audit, accounting, corporate finance, financial modelling, or strategic analysis – are also encouraged to apply, particularly where this provides a strong foundation for advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyse complex financial and operational information, identifying key business issues and insights;
- Prepare clear conclusions and recommendations, and support the development of client deliverables and reports;
- Support the execution of transaction advisory engagements, working closely with partners and managers across the firm;
- Assist in the preparation of go-to-market materials, including teasers, information memoranda, and other transaction documents;
- Prepare and manage information request lists, coordinate Q&A with clients and stakeholders, and analyse data received to develop a clear understanding of the business, including identifying and raising relevant and insightful questions to drive deeper analysis;
- Manage and analyse large volumes of data, identifying key linkages across datasets and translating findings into clear, actionable insights;
- Assist in the preparation, organisation, and ongoing maintenance of virtual data rooms;
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders, with increasing exposure over time;
- Play a support role with regard to business development and marketing of transaction advisory services;
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industries and markets events and developments to bring an informed perspective to advice and client service; and
- Act as an ambassador of the firm, building an external network of professional, business and client contacts.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to approach complex issues strategically;
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines;
- High attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work;
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear, visually compelling materials (particularly in PowerPoint);
- Energetic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Minimum of an accredited bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- A postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA or Master’s degree) and/or progress toward or completion of a relevant professional designation (e.g., CFA, CBV, CPA, CA, ACCA) is considered an asset.
