We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training & Development Manager to join our team in Montego Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.
• Manage the training budget and resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Training & Development Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning software.
