A leading retail supermarket chain is seeking to recruit dynamic and suitably qualified candidates, with strong analytical and communication skills to be trained to become managers in our supermarkets, in the Montego Bay and Kingston Regions. EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
An Associate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing from a recognized Tertiary Institution.
Must be computer literate
At least two years working experience in a Supervisory capacity.

The ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.
The ability to supervise a team of workers in achieving the objectives of the company..
Strong personable leadership ability and customer service oriented.
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written format
Well-developed decision-making, administrative and analytical skills.
Strong capacity to successfully work in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
The ability to work flexible working hours.
Must be able to work late in the evenings, weekends and some Public Holiday.
Experience in distribution and Retail would be an asset.
