To collaboratively develop and execute trade visibility strategies that meet and exceed Wisynco's objectives for its brands, customers, consumers and sales growth.
Key Responsibilties
To plan, execute, monitor and audit the Company’s implementation of the “Look of Success” and “Perfect Store” concept for ALL brands island-wide in ALL channels
To ensure continuous training of full merchandising team on brand architecture, planograms and trade initiatives
To work with Wisynco’s sales organization island wide to disseminate information and guidelines related to brand architecture and trade visibility
To work with Wisynco’s sales organization island wide to clarify and document contractor role and accountabilities across and within Wisynco’s system to achieve Wisynco’s visibility objective
To manage the expansion of and oversee the execution of branding and visibility projects Island Wide
Liaise with Brand Teams to identify appropriate materials to achieve trade visibility objectives
Create and manage Branding SWAT teams Island wide to include visibility in Route and Wholesale accounts and ensure set up of Displays and Gondolas for new campaigns
Manage, process and execute all requests for external customer branding through Trade Marketing Budget
Establish standard templates for external branding and maintain photographic records
To assist trade teams in identifying all discrepancies and execute remedial actions
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES
Tertiary Level Certification
Three to Five Years in Merchandising Management or Marketing
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
Knowledge of Brand and Trade Merchandising Standards
Creative in presentation and execution skills
Excellent analytical skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to communicate well (both in written and oral formats) with all levels of staff
