The Trade Auditor is responsible for conducting thorough audits of trade execution processes, ensuring adherence to and internal standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of trade execution within the company.

Job Summary:

The Trade Auditor is responsible for conducting thorough audits of trade execution processes, ensuring adherence to and internal standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of trade execution within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular and ad-hoc audits/surveys of sales and trade execution practices across the company to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Analyze audit findings to pinpoint trends and areas for improvement in trade execution processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management, highlighting findings and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with field sales team to facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations and enhance internal compliance.
  • Continuously update and refine auditing methodologies and tools to improve the audit process.
  • Provide training and support to staff on internal standards and operational best practices.
  • Any other duty that may be assigned within the scope of the job

 

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent with at least two (2) years’ experience in a Sales or Customer facing position
  • Good communication skills – both in written and verbal formats with the ability to communicate with varying levels of staff
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • People-oriented and results driven with great interpersonal skills
  • Sales oriented with sound knowledge of the industry and its products
  • Proven ability to deliver against defined objectives
  • Excellent time management, planning and prioritization skills with good numeric abilities
  • Resourceful, flexible and adaptable
  • Professional and confident presence with customer-focused attitude
  • MUST possess a valid driver’s license and own a reliable motor vehicle
