We are seeking an experienced IT Specialists to maintain and improve the technical systems of our company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
★ High school diploma or equivalent and TPDCO Certificate
★ Previous experience in customer service or the Tourism Industry.
★ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
★ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
★ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
★ Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
★ Highly professional and ethical standards
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
★ Responsible for sales, reservations and the payment of excursions.
★ Organizing and hosting welcome meetings.
★ Selling and organizing excursions and Transportation arrangements.
★ Responding to clients’ queries, helping guests, quickly solve any problems that arise.
★ Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
★ Dealing with unforeseen ‘non-client’ problems, like flight delays, transfer delays or weather conditions
★ Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the resort and the local area.
★ Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel experience.
★ Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
★ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
