The Time writer is tasked with reviewing timecards and meticulously inputting data into the system for equipment utilized across various contracts.

Overview / Responsibilites

Massy Wood is currently recruiting for a Time writer with experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

 

The Time writer is tasked with reviewing timecards and meticulously inputting data into the system for equipment utilized across various contracts.

 

  • Responsible for inputting timesheets for all equipment for invoicing purposes
  • Verify/validate timekeeping data submitted
  • Assist with project costing and timesheet management
  • Participate in meetings and record and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Coordinate the flow of information, within department, both internally and externally
  • Interface with other departments as required
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts
  • Assist with formatting reports, presentations, letters, and any other required documents
  • Set up and maintain administration filing systems
  • Preparation of monthly client invoices and reviewing of all appropriate documentation before submission
  • Be able to operate at a proficient level in Mpower
  • Understand and use the MAXIMO system as required
  • Perform all other job-related functions as required

 

Qualifications

  • Six (6) Ordinary Level Subjects including English Language and Mathematics
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry would be considered an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Awareness of the project environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a Team environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well with external and internal customers
  • Valid Certificate of Good Character (must not be older than 6 months)
  • Preference will be given to national citizens or permanent residents of Trinidad & Tobago
