Massy Wood is currently recruiting for a Time & Cost Assistant with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry.
The Time & Cost Assistant is responsible for providing project administrative, cost, document and timesheet management support to the project team.
- Responsible for inputting timesheets for all crew members for payroll and invoicing purposes.
- Support variance analysis: verify/validate timekeeping data submitted each pay period.
- Assist with project costing and timesheet management.
- Recommend improvements to timekeeping and cost tracking processes.
- Be able to operate at a proficient level in Mpower.
- Set up and maintain administration filing systems to keep manual timesheet records and GRNs.
- Liaise with Suppliers on invoices and additional documents required to support acceptance and generation of a GRN.
- Understand and use the MAXIMO system as required, including but not limited to generating purchase requisitions and tracking purchase order status.
- Coordinate and facilitate the flow of information within the department and across other departments as required.
- Liaise with internal and external contacts to resolve issues / challenges wrt time entry or GRNs.
- Assist with formatting reports, presentations, letters, and any other required documents.
- Support digital transformation initiatives: Set up and maintain administration filing systems.
- Perform all other related job functions as required.
