Employment Details:
This is a temporary position for a short-term assignment.
Candidates must be available to start immediately.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
Compensation: $7000 .
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the inventory of spare parts and plant supplies, including stationery and other material requests.
Deliver spare parts and update/download inventory records in the SAP system.
Quote spare parts locally and internationally.
Code and manage spare parts in SAP, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
Provide assistance to maintenance coordinators.
Prepare purchase requests and follow up on orders with suppliers.
Carry out quotations, manage packing material inventory, and reconcile stock.
Support purchasing activities,
Maintain accurate records of all movements of spare parts in and out of stock.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:5 CXC subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
At least 1 -2 year of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or inventory management sector.
Specialized Skills: Strong knowledge of Spare Parts Management, inventory control, and stock optimization practices.
Must be detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and able to take on responsibilities efficiently.
While SAP experience would be an asset, it is not a requirement, as our systems are user-friendly and easy to learn.
