Our client in the San Fernando area is seeking a highly organized and professional Temporary Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Provide high-level administrative support directly to the CEO.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with strict discretion.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Maintain organized and efficient filing systems (digital and physical).
Liaise professionally with internal teams, senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Monitor, manage, and prioritize the CEO’s emails where authorized.
Support general office operations and perform additional duties as needed.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Executives or Senior Leadership (mandatory).
Prior experience supporting a CEO or C-suite leader is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
