📬 Mail Clerk
Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain records of deliveries and receipts
Assist with courier coordination and internal document distribution
Ensure timely delivery to the appropriate departments
📑 Administrative Assistant
Provide general office and clerical support
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
Manage filing systems (physical and electronic)
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required
📞 Receptionist
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
Handle inquiries and provide general administrative support
Requirements:
Must reside in or around Port of Spain
Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
