Tell Sell Representative

To achieve volume, revenue and customer acquisition objectives.

Achieve sales targets by using your telephone marketing skills, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

• Sell all authorized products, packages and promotions
• Solicit and or sell all marketing equipment
• Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed
• Identify customers who might be better served by a Pre-Seller or via E-commerce and communicate that to the proper Channel leader
• Work with Conventional Route Sales team to eliminate duplication of work
• Communicate need for new or to repair chillers and coolers to the Machine Equipment Maintenance department.
• Service all accounts as scheduled
• Update customer information and customer data base as required
• Maintain call history and records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 CXC passes including Mathematics and English.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or a similar role
• Experience with time keeping or collecting and processing employees hours worked.
