We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and sell products/services.
  • Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on company products and services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and persistence.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.
