Core Functions
• Makes outbound calls to customers of the Bank who are prequalified for specific products as defined by the business and to acquire new customers through other product offerings.
• Engage pre-qualified customers using a structured conversation tool or guide to encourage them to consider using other products and services offered by the Bank.
• Maintain and continuously upgrade knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank.
• Engages the customers/prospects to determine their likely interest in specific products and services offered by the Bank.
• Escalates issues, concerns, complaints and general feedback raised by customers/prospects which requires resolution by the Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience of working in a Bank / financial institution in a customer service or sales environment.
