Overview: Our client is highly innovative technological septic solutions provider who has a growing customer base due to excellent customer service. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to fill the role of Telemarketing Assistant.

The successful applicant will be responsible for contacting existing clients to obtain service feedback and collect data.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performs outbound calls to existing clients to obtain information.
  • Records call data on internal CRM system.
  • Keeps track of calls made and conducts follow-up calls where necessary.
  • Promotes services to encourage contract renewals where required.
  • Manages customer issues by notifying the relevant departments.
  • Gains sufficient product knowledge and commercial awareness to maximize call effectiveness.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) CXC subjects.
  • Certification/training in a customer service/sales related discipline would be an asset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills to manage information and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Persistence and resilience.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection.
