Our client is seeking a dynamic Telemarketer, to drive business growth through cold calling and customer inquiries. Influence and cater to customer needs with patience and persuasion in a fast-paced environment.

JOB OPPORTUNITY

TELEMARKETER

Remuneration: $6,500 + performance bonus

Location: Arima

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Successful completion of at least five (5) CXC/O'Level subjects, including Mathematics and English
• Possession of a Diploma or Certificate in sales/customer service or a related field would be an asset
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree would be an asset
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, MS Excel etc.)
• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cold call people using a given database or phone directory to sell products and services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs, and with persuasive presentations
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in CRM software
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information in CRM software
