SUMMARY 

We are seeking Technical Support Representatives (TSRs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, TSRs will provide first-level technical support and customer service for our client’s products and services. Support inquiries may include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with account setup, resolving connectivity problems, and providing product/service information.

TSRs will use effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and promote retention.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing technical assistance and support.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and account access.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by listening actively, identifying needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintaining a high level of product/service knowledge to support customers effectively.
  • Documenting customer interactions and technical steps taken in the CRM system.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
  • Participating in ongoing training and staying updated on new technologies and support protocols.
  • Attending team meetings and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
