The technical services supervisor will lead a team of technicians and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and equipment suppliers to implement, maintain, and develop solutions offered by the Company.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.      Lead time of Technicians to install, troubleshoot, and repair all solutions offered by Enersave Solutions Ltd.

2.      Supervise or conduct site visit assessments and prepare material lists, competitive quotations, and tenders.

3.      Resolve complex technical issues in relation to solutions provided by the company.

4.      Provide technical support to and assist in the training of company personnel, affiliates, and clients in relation to               products and services being sold.

5.      Research, develop, implement, and manage tools, equipment, and material resources to improve the quality and             efficiency of work.

6.      Research, develop, implement, and manage company fleet resources.

7.      Research, develop, and implement training programmes for the Technical Team

8.      Research, develop, and implement systems to improve quality, efficiency of work, and significantly minimize losses.

9.      Product/ Solutions research and development

10.   Work alongside consulting engineers, technicians, contractors, and equipment suppliers to achieve the outlined                 responsibilities.

11.   Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects/ jobs related to the aforementioned solutions.

12.   Manage after-sales cases for timely resolves

13.  Perform other duties as assigned

 

 

Project Coordination & Technical Support:

  1. Coordinate and execute projects related to HVAC, kitchen appliances, alternative energy systems, and smart devices.
  2. Conduct site visits, assess job requirements, and prepare material lists for upcoming installations.
  3. Provide technical assistance and support for complex issues related to company products and services.
  4. Train and assist company personnel, affiliates, and clients on product use and maintenance.
  5. Transport and deliver equipment as needed.
  6. Assist in Research & Development (R&D) for new and existing solutions.
  7. Collaborate with consulting engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned to you by your supervisor and or management

 

 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Educational Background: Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical or mechanical fields, with a focus on solar and appliance-specific products being an advantage.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with CAD design software or similar tools.
  4. Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high level of initiative.
  5. Additional Requirements:
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
    • Ability to conduct site assessments and prepare accurate project material lists.
    • Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards.
    • Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment when necessary.
    • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
