Job Description:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent from around the world. You will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand the hiring needs and drive the recruitment process from end to end. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of technical roles to ensure the right candidates are selected in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Sourcing & Recruiting: Source, screen, and recruit technical candidates for a variety of roles across different global regions, utilizing a wide range of sourcing techniques (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed, high-quality candidate interviews to assess technical expertise, soft skills, and cultural fit, ensuring candidates meet both client-specific and job-specific requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs, team dynamics, and business goals, offering strategic advice and recommendations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Global Market Insights: Utilize a deep understanding of international recruitment trends, compliance issues, and cultural differences to source candidates efficiently and effectively from different markets.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement to offer acceptance, including developing and negotiating offers, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final hiring.
  • Speed & Efficiency: Demonstrate exceptional speed in delivering qualified candidates and closing positions within a set timeframe, ensuring swift turnaround on critical roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends and technologies to effectively screen candidates and assess their suitability for the roles.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality, etc.) and continuously refine recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • BSc. Degree in Human Resource Management, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of recruiting for a wide variety of technical roles across global markets.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, IT infrastructure, data engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
  • Global Recruiting Experience: Hands-on experience with recruiting in diverse geographic regions is an asset.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Screening Expertise: Deep knowledge of technical screening techniques, including coding challenges, technical interviews, and assessing technical assessments and portfolios.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability for sourcing hard-to-find candidates and solving complex hiring challenges.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed hiring goals while maintaining a high level of candidate quality.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Strong understanding of different cultural dynamics and a commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
