We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of raw materials, in-process blends, and finished goods across our production and warehouse operations.

In this role, you will ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of raw materials, in-process blends, and finished goods across our production and warehouse operations.
As a key contributor to both quality control and product development, you’ll engage in research & development, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while providing technical support to internal teams and valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage quality systems for materials and finished products
Evaluate raw materials, packaging, and in-process production
Conduct product testing, audits, and compliance inspections
Lead and document customer complaint investigations
Assist in new product development and shelf-life testing
Ensure regulatory and safety standards are consistently met
Support warehouse and production teams as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Responsible, self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
Practical experience or training in laboratory, manufacturing, or quality systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead initiatives and follow through with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in lab, warehouse, and production settings in a chemical environment
Valid Driver’s License
Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
Working knowledge of fire and safety protocols, emergency response requirements
Physical Demands
- Some aspects of the job require standing for extended periods of time
- Regular exposure to chemical raw materials and organic fumes
- Warehouse conditions such as high temperatures and some dust
- Required to wear safety shoes, protective clothing and other PPE and safety gears
- May on occasion be required to lift products with weight up to 50 lbs
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a related role preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry
- Working knowledge of the Factories Act, OSHA and other safety protocols
- Working knowledge of GMP standards and Quality Management systems
