This role is required to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of IT systems and equipment to ensure reliable and efficient business operations.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Associate to support the delivery of technical services and systems maintenance across our operations. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of IT systems while providing technical support to both local and overseas users.
Key Responsibilities
Support and monitor hardware and software systems used in operational processes.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide end-user technical support and assistance.
Maintain and upgrade software applications and systems as required.
Conduct user training and orientation on systems and technology tools.
Coordinate maintenance activities with IT professionals and business users.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports on equipment and systems.
Test, evaluate, and demonstrate new technologies and software solutions.
Assist with initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
First Degree in Computer Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent computer and technical troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with IT systems, hardware, software, and technical support processes.
Special Conditions
May be required to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.
May be required to travel locally and overseas.
Valid driver's licence required.
Ownership of a motor vehicle would be considered an asset.
