Work-At-Home or On-Site in Kingston, St. Andrew or Montego Bay, St. James


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Team Leader to oversee a group of Inside Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance, coaching agents, and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met. This is a full-time contractor position our offices in Kingston or Montego Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of call center agents (inside sales).
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct daily team huddles, track KPIs, and report on team performance.
  • Lead by example through handling escalated calls when needed.
  • Motivate agents to meet and exceed sales and quality goals.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Collaborate with management to improve scripts, processes, and agent performance.
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales, collections, or other relevant call center roles.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, train, and coach individuals for performance.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work from a quiet, professional home environment (if remote).
  • Must have necessary equipment and stable internet (if remote).

  • Competitive compensation:
  • Base up to $750/hr-$900/hr (JMD) based on experience.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time (5 days/week, including weekends)
  • Shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
