Talent and Growth Manager

The Talent and Growth Manager's primary responsibility will be to create and implement performance, development, and/or change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and efficiency, minimise resistance, and maintain high levels of engagement and employee loyalty.

Major Responsibilities 

  • To design and deliver people development and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support CBL’s ambition to be a high-performing organisation; to include initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
  • Design and delivery of interventions to meet organisational development needs identified in continuous improvement frameworks such as the Performance Management Cycle and the People Review Programme to develop and retain top talent.
  • Design and implement employee development approaches while analysing effectiveness and feedback to counsel people leaders on how to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop, plan and coordinate various learning and development programmes or interventions to meet the learning needs of CBL

Academic Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc. Degree in Management Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related Social Sciences field
  • 3-5 years experience in Corporate Training, Learning and Development, or Adult Learning roles, 1-2 of which should be at the Management level.
