To hire the best talent within established timeframes
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Department Managers and Heads of Departments to identify current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment and manpower plans.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition tracking, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer preparation within agreed timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including job postings, headhunting, networking, and agency partnerships.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to reduce time-to-hire and support business continuity.
- Implement and monitor recruitment metrics; analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding by ensuring pre-employment requirements are met and facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related Social Science.
- A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related Social Science would be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Job Boards
- Ability to use & interpret Psychometric Tests and other assessment tools.
- Working knowledge of Labour Laws and Employment Contracts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern HRM approaches and techniques.
