 The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition process, ensuring the attraction, selection and hiring of top talent to drive business growth and success. This role will develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives, aligning with the organization’s overall business objectives and overseeing the talent acquisition process from job posting to onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will also supervise and support the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance and expertise to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes, and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute comprehensive recruiting plans to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.  
  • Participate in sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates for open senior/admin positions. 
  • Meet established hiring targets and key performance indicators within defined timelines and maintain compliance with the international reporting structure. 
  • Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective recruiting efforts. 
  • Collaborate with senior management and the Executive team to align talent acquisition strategies with overarching business objectives. 
  • Maintain a recruiting database for sourcing and tracking. 
  • Plan and Execute Job Fairs/ Open Houses as a source for recruitment. 
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning to ensure all hiring needs can be met for the quarter/annually. 
  • Provides leadership and manages a team of recruiters to consistently achieve all established deadlines and performance expectations. 
  • Accountable for the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive and effective overall Recruiting strategy. 
  • Recommend best practices and improvements to current recruiting processes to ensure streamlined processes and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand the business’ recurring talent needs, and collaborating to build effective sourcing strategies to identify, engage and hire top talent. 
  • Track and analyze recruiting data and insights to advise decisions, measure and report results back to the business and recruiting leadership. 
  • Serve as the first Point of Contact for escalated matters relating to recruiting. 
  • Manage the procurement and invoicing of recruitment expenses. 

 Qualifications and Experience: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive recruiting experience, within a professional services environment or equivalent executive search experience. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience with a proven track record of people management. 
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and the Data Protection Act. 
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university or equivalent experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders and doing full life cycle recruiting for contact centers. 
  • Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.

  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. 
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), planning and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. 
  • Ability to take ownership of recruitment processes and outcomes.
