As we continue to expand our U.S. hiring support model, we are building a dedicated Jamaica‑based recruiting team to partner closely with our U.S. Talent Acquisition organization.
We are seeking experienced, results‑driven Recruiters with a strong background in high‑volume BPO recruiting and proven experience supporting U.S. hiring programs.
About the Role
This is a full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting role supporting U.S. call center and BPO programs. Recruiters in this role will work remotely from Jamaica, managing large applicant pipelines and delivering against aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
This role is ideal for recruiters who are fast‑paced, KPI‑driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a production‑style recruiting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for U.S. BPO programs, including sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offers, and hiring.
Conduct 12+ interviews per day and consistently deliver 3+ hires per day.
Support multiple U.S. hiring classes while meeting weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Proactively source candidates and manage your own high‑volume pipeline.
Utilize text blasting, outbound outreach, job boards, and applicant follow‑up to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate candidate tracking, dispositioning, and notes within the ATS.
Monitor Day 1 attendance and support post‑offer and onboarding follow‑through.
Resolve challenges related to no‑shows, schedule changes, and urgent hiring needs.
Required Qualifications
Five (5) CSEC/CXC subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) or an Associate Degree or equivalent qualification.
2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑volume environment.
Strong BPO or call center recruiting background (high‑volume is required).
Experience recruiting for U.S.‑based programs or U.S. hiring markets is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed aggressive hiring KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time management and pipeline control.
Tech‑savvy with experience using ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus), virtual interview tools, and text‑based recruiting platforms.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Location: Jamaica (Remote – Work From Home)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
