Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee recruitment operations in the Caribbean region, drive hiring strategies, and lead a high-performing team. Full-time, on-site role based in Castries.

Position Summary
We are seeking a people-focused leader to guide and strengthen our recruitment function. This role is responsible for ensuring that hiring needs are met on time, that recruitment practices remain efficient and compliant, and that the team is supported with clear direction and measurable goals. The Talent Acquisition Lead oversees day-to-day operations, long-term planning, and the implementation of strategies that attract high-quality talent across the organization.

This leader works closely with internal departments, hiring managers, and external partners to maintain a seamless recruitment experience. They play a key role in aligning staffing strategies with business needs, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates. The role also requires ongoing improvement of processes, communication, and recruiter performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Oversee and continuously improve the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, assessments, selection, and onboarding coordination
    • Establish hiring targets, track results, and guide the team toward meeting established goals
    • Review and refine recruitment procedures to strengthen efficiency, candidate quality, and overall team performance
    • Develop effective sourcing strategies and choose the most appropriate channels for each type of vacancy
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
    • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment
    • Conduct interviews for leadership or key positions as needed
    • Lead team meetings, provide coaching, and resolve issues that affect recruitment timelines or service levels
    • Identify market trends and adopt best practices relevant to talent acquisition
    • Maintain accurate reporting 
    • Support the onboarding process
    • Review and adjust job requirements or qualification criteria to match evolving business needs
    • Gather relevant updates from other departments and communicate them clearly to the team
    • Monitor lead flow and recruitment throughput to ensure appropriate pipeline levels

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • • Strong understanding of modern recruiting techniques, selection methods, and relevant employment regulations
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
    • Demonstrated leadership experience including coaching, delegation, and performance management
    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and take action
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administrative tools

 

Education and Experience

  • • At least three years of recruitment experience within the local market
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
    • Experience in a call center or high-volume environment is an advantage

Location: Full-time on-site position based in Castries, Saint Lucia
