The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, the associate helps to identify talent needs, build candidate pipelines, and maintain recruitment metrics and records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.



 Job Functions:

  • Processing all new recruits’ documentation and creation of the employees’ personal records.
  • Maintains and ensures all employee records are properly maintained and stored and all relevant documents are properly filed.
  • Process all requests made by the crew members and management staff on all HR-related matters.Assist with advertising open positions on various mediums.
  • Assess and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews as needed
  • Conduct compensation analyses for various roles.
  • Organize candidates’ data in an internal database.
  • Perform background and reference checks
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing necessary paperwork). E.g. shoe size.
  • Assist with recruitment drives as necessary
  • Arrange the orientation schedule for new hire
  • Ensure that all candidates complete the necessary test or evaluation.
  • Clear email inbox daily to ensure that all resumes are extracted.
  • Assist the Head of People and Culture to ensure that all the necessary QSRs are adequately staffed.
  • Provide a weekly report on the recruitment process.
  • Prepare Monthly reports on activities under the scope of the brands. 
  • Maintain employee records on the company’s Human Resource Management Information System.
  • Prepare a variety of reports from the Human Resource Management Information System as requested by the Management team.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience Required:

  • BSc in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum Requirements – Associate Degree in Human Resource Management/Business. Administration/Management Studies.
  • Customer Service Training.
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Special Requirement:

Must own your own vehicle.
Must be able to travel islandwide.
