Applications are invited for suitable qualified candidates to fill the position of Technology Supervisor.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Technology Supervisor will oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of our technology solutions at various client sites. You will lead a team ensuring high-quality service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable with technology and a strong people management leader.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise, the technology teams to ensure they have the skills, aptitude and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
• Coordinate and manage multiple field projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and support the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as they arise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during field operations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of field work to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, including job progress, technician performance, and equipment usage.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors or Associate Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Relevant certifications (eg: CompTIA, Cisco) would be an asset
• Working knowledge of CCTV
• Two-Three (2-3) years related experience in a field-based technology role
• General Driver’s License required
• Flexible to work extended hours based on company’s needs (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Required to travel to various client sites as needed
