Assist with the development of a talented workforce across the employment lifecycle by recruiting, onboarding, learning/training/ developing, performance management and separation

 

  • Design, develop and implement learning manuals and programs,
  • Manage leadership and career development programs.
  • Recruit and manage onboarding of new people.
  • Aware of tools and systems required to facilitate organization development.
  • Current trends in AI technology in workplace
  • Ability to continuously provide successful learning interventions for shared growth.
  • Excellent planning, communication, organization and human relations skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and customer service businesses.
  • Flexible with extensive local and regional travel.
  • Knowledge of Project Management would be an asset.
  • Degree in Training and Development or related qualification.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience.

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITES

  • Recruit candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pool.
  • Manage the onboarding of new recruits.
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Assess the success of developmental plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Train users on HR systems.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths and annual performance appraisals.
  • Assist with departmental presentations.
  • Manage training certification for various jobs for company compliance.
  • Prepare internal Wellness Newsletters and publications.
  • Travel to facilities to conduct the job training and review performance.
  • Participate in seminars and training programs.
