Surveillance Officer

The Surveillance Officer is responsible for the surveillance services at Company’s facilities including access control, car park attending and gaming floor activities in accordance with Company policies and procedures

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate NVR’s and CCTV equipment to carry-out surveillance
• Observe guest and employee activities to maintain integrity of games and company assets
• Observe facility floor operations for signs of irregular activities (such as cheating or theft)
• Perform surveillance of the cashiers and sensitive areas, parking lot, back-of-the-house areas, and outbuildings by means of available electronic and video equipment
• Provide oversight and or supervise the security guards on shift to ensure compliance in accordance with the security standing orders relevant to the facility
• Identify, record, document, and report illegal and unusual activities occurring on the gaming floor, cashier cage areas, count rooms and all sensitive areas
• Maintain accurate logs of all procedure violations and complete reviews of all material pertinent to facility operations
• Monitor and execute the Security & Intelligence Department (SSI) and the Company’s security repairs/servicing/work related objectives, tasks and assignments as per required/agreed deadlines and schedules
• Provide verbal, written and end of shifts reports of all violations and suspicious behaviour to the Security & Intelligence Assistant Manager
