Support & Controls Engineer

Results-driven Support & Controls Engineer responsible for equipment reliability, maintenance execution, and electrical efficiency. Leads and develops S&C team, drives downtime reduction, and ensures high-performance standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop S&C Leads to deliver high performance and technical excellence
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Drive improvements in electrical and control system efficiency
• Analyze downtime and implement solutions to eliminate recurring failures
• Ensure rapid response to equipment breakdowns and effective resolution
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, including spares and upgrades
• Implement training programs to support continuous upskilling of the team
• Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and action plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, controls, and automation
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, results-driven environment
