Supply Chain Supervisor

The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for handling procurement, coordinating and overseeing supply needs of medical products, manage stock control and inventories. The role also includes supervising the Supply Chain Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and schedule the daily activities of the receiving and inventory clerk teams.
• Oversee all inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and system reconciliation.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues.
• Analyze supply usage data to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and control costs.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows for receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards for handling medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
• Coordinate with clinical and departmental managers to understand their supply needs and challenges.
• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, cost savings, and inventory accuracy.
