ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

• Design and implement long-term supply chain strategies that support business growth, regulatory compliance, and market responsiveness
• Lead cross-functional planning to ensure alignment between supply, demand, and regulatory timelines

 Regulatory & Quality Integration

• Partner with Regulatory Affairs India to ensure all supply chain activities meet local and international pharmaceutical regulations
• Maintain audit readiness and support regulatory submissions with accurate supply chain data

 End-to-End Operations Management

• Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to market while minimizing disruptions

 Risk & Resilience

• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies, including alternate sourcing and contingency planning
• Monitor global trends and regulatory changes that may impact supply chain operations
