Supply Chain Associate

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in global supply chain operations? This is your opportunity to join a fast-paced international team based in Barbados that supports logistics, inventory, and customer service excellence across North America and Asia.

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Associate to support end-to-end logistics operations—from processing purchase orders to coordinating international freight and managing warehouse inventory. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable juggling global timelines, suppliers, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer purchase orders and maintain internal tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with international manufacturers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth product movement.
  • Arrange shipping and customs clearance; negotiate competitive freight rates.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and support weekly sales reporting.
  • Manage inventory levels, physical counts, and warehouse rotation processes.
  • Support insurance claims with proper documentation.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to internal audits.
  • Assist in customer communications, reporting, and service follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field—or 4+ years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of international shipping procedures, especially US and Canadian customs.
  • Experience with ERP software (Sage 300, SAP, or similar); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to North America.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
  • Occasional extended hours or travel may be required.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a high-performing global team with a strong track record of excellence.
  • Gain exposure to international supply chain and distribution strategies.
  • Contribute to a mission-driven company committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
