The leading family entertainment business in Trinidad is currently hiring Supervisors for its FunStation and Galactica branches.

We are looking for persons with a positive attitude who can deliver a superior customer service experience in a unique and exciting environment. Store locations include Trincity Mall, Xtra Plaza Chaguanas, South Park Mall, Gulf City Mall and Gulf View.

Our supervisors are hands-on leaders who spend time on the floor to connect with customers, coach team members and suggest and implement improvements to drive results. The role provides the opportunity to develop your own team, hiring and training the future staff of the store.

Duties include daily store supervisory functions: opening and closing of the store, staff training and supervision, building and maintaining customer relationship, inventory control, preparation of reports and assistance in maintaining company standards.

What you will need:
-          Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a progressive culture.
-          Three (3) years’ experience in supervising at least three employees in a retail environment.
-          Ability to work mall hours and on weekends. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are essential as they are the busiest days.
-          A solid secondary school education. Tertiary education is an asset.
